Curtis S. Dow Vice President

Curtis has over 30 years of experience specializing in consulting, facilities management, and project management in the building industry throughout the United States and overseas. Curtis’ focus is on process management, including project planning and scheduling, client relations, and ongoing issue resolution. He works closely with clients to implement and refine cost-control and management systems to deliver projects successfully.

Curtis has extensive experience in design/construction planning, value engineering, project development/implementation, and consultant coordination. He also leads all facets of cost management, including cost estimating, life-cycle costing, claims evaluation, and bid evaluation. He provides detailed, objective cost reporting that reflects the scope, complexity, and quality our clients expect.

Before becoming a Principal and founding member of Cordjia Capital Projects Group, Curtis was a Vice President in the credit card industry for over 10 years, with his last assignment as a primary team member on the delivery of development projects for a Fortune 300 company.
