Property Condition Assessments
How property and real estate are managed are critical success factors for organizations. Property Condition Assessments are real estate investigations that provide our clients with the condition and details of a building or property they may be purchasing, leasing, financing, or maintaining. Generally, the Property Condition Assessment report will be used to negotiate the purchase price of a property, to support capital or strategic planning by the property owner, for predictive and preventive maintenance, for loan approval, and/or for an insurance evaluation of the property.

- Optionally: site-specific testing, such as infrared thermography for energy loss, air leakage, roofing, and building envelope moisture intrusion
Once the Property Condition Assessment is completed, a written report is compiled and delivered to the client. The report may include items such as concerns observed, recommendations for repairs or further inspections, cost estimates for repairs, corrections of deficiencies, and reserves for the repair or replacement of major building elements as needed.
